Order Processing: Orders ship Monday to Friday, usually within 1-2 business days.

Pre-Orders: Estimated shipping dates are provided at checkout and may change due to production or logistics. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.

Peak Times: High-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, pre-orders) may cause delays.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for carrier or unforeseen delays.

Standard Delivery: FREE orders over £100 | 3-5 business days

Express Delivery: £10 | Royal Mail 24-48 hour service

Europe Shipping

Free Shipping on orders over €100* (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands only)

Standard Delivery: From €10 | 2-5 business days for France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain. Other European countries may take longer.

No additional duty will be payable upon receipt of your order to European Union customers.

NON EU deliveries ; VAT or other duties may be payable upon receiving the package in your country of residence. 

USA Shipping

Free Shipping on orders over $100 (excludes Hawaii & Alaska).

Standard Delivery: FREE | Ground service (3-7 business days, depending on state).

Express Delivery: 3 business days (from $40).

We do not ship to PO boxes.

International Shipping

We ship to Australia, South Africa, Canada, Mexico, and more from our European fulfilment center for faster, cost-effective service.

Delivery times may vary due to customs.

Customers are responsible for all duties and local taxes, payable upon delivery.

Duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.

We cannot mark items as “gift” or “sample” to reduce duty charges.

 

SHIPPING FAQ

ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER, HOW QUICKLY WILL IT SHIP?  Your order will be processed and dispatched usually within 1-2 business days. During peak/busy periods including Black Friday and the Christmas holiday theres may be delays in orders being dispatched. 

    Can I Cancel or Change My Order? Orders are processed immediately, so changes or cancellations are usually not possible. However, if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to assist.

    • Orders cannot be canceled while in transit.

    • If an order is rejected or returned to sender, delivery costs will be deducted from any refund.

    WHAT IF I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM: Should you accidentally place an order for the wrong product, you can take advantage of our 30 day return policy. 

    WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS: We guarantee delivery only to the address provided at the time of checkout. Address changes for orders in progress and/or in transit are not possible. If a package is rejected due a delivery address issue, or returned to sender you will be charged to re-send your order at the current shipping rate.

    HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS? You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped from our fulfilment centre. An order tracking number, carrier specification and a link so that you can access the order status will be available on the email.

    CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? A tracking number will be provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you need assistance or have questions about tracking your order, please email hello@zen8swimtrainer.com

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST?  If your package is lost or you are having trouble locating your package, please contact us at hello@zen8swimtrainer.com

    WHAT DO I IF I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM If you have received the wrong or damaged item, please inform us as soon as possible via email (hello@zen8swimtrainer.com) and we will be happy to make an exchange and pay postage costs for returning the item.

    WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL IMPORT DUTY, TAX OR CHARGES? 

    If you have placed an order to be delivered outside the UK, USA and the European Union you order may be payable for VAT & Duties upon receiving the package in your country of residence.If you are unsure whether your order will be subject to such taxes please check with your local import office.
    ZEN8 Sports ltd is not liable for any additional import tax and/or duty charges issued by your country's national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country's national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by ZEN8 Sports in any way. We are NOT able to mark items as "gift" or "sample" in order to lessen import duties or taxes.

    Customers who refuse to pay any invoice received for Vat & Duties will have to pay a 'refused order fee'. The fee will be the cost of the delivery paid in the original order.  Any refund owed will not be processed until the order has been delivered back to the original fulfilment centre.
