Refund policy
At ZEN8, we're committed to ensuring your swim training experience exceeds expectations. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your ZEN8 products please contact us using the contact us using this form. We will then provide instructions on how to return your order for a refund.
Free Return Shipping: We believe so strongly in our products that we'll not only refund the full product amount but also cover the return cost*. Subject to our return conditions and country of order.
Return Guidelines:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for products in like new condition.
Return Conditions:
- Complete Items: The product(s) must be returned with all items included in the original shipment.
- "Like New" Condition: Ensure the product(s) are in "like new" condition, meaning they are in perfect working condition and maintain their original state,
- Intact Packaging: The original packaging, including protective layers, should be intact and in good condition.
- Secure Packaging: When returning, use box to safeguard the product packaging
- International Returns: For international and some European returns, please use a tracked and insured delivery service and send them back to the original fulfilment center.
- Pre-Paid Shipping Label: Returns to our UK and USA fulfilment centres qualify for free returns using our pre-paid shipping label. This service is available in the UK, USA (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and PO boxes), Germany, Netherlands, and Belgium. If a pre-paid shipping label is provided for non-free returns the cost of the orginal shipping fee will be deducted from any refund due.
We cannot accept returns if:
- Does not Meet Requirements: A returned product does not meet our stipulated return conditions.
- Wrong Address: A return is received at the incorrect address.
- Late Request: A return request is outside of our 30-day window/more than 30 days from the date of the order delivery date.
- Product Alteration: The product is damaged, dirty, wet, or permanently altered in any way.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Any applicable refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and process the product(s)
- Notification: You will be notified when your refund has been issued. Refund processing time may vary according to your financial institution and payment method.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable where applicable (where free shipping is not offered or used)
- Duties and Taxes: Individual country-associated duties and taxes will not be refunded. Please be aware any returned orders that may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return Costs: If your return does not meet our requirements, shipping costs (original and return shipping)will be deducted, and a restocking fee may apply.
- Damaged Items: If an item is returned damaged or in an unsellable condition, we may not be able to provide a refund and may need to return it to you (with you covering the delivery costs) or reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the item's value.
Digital Products: Refunds on digital online coaching plans via our platform ZEN8 Coaching are subject to the specified refund policy.
Bundles: If you're returning items from a bundle, please return all items, including any 'free gifts.' Partial returns for proportional refunds are not accepted. If you keep some items, you'll be charged the full retail value.
